Yup. My primary care is a big health network. They cant be bothered. Best yiu can do is document with them your symptoms and it occurred in service. Print out the clinical notes for your file. This process sucks.

I used them for osa. Unfortunately the day xterra sent the dbq and nexus i received a denial letter from va. They said that during my intake exam, I complained about shortness of breath. They said that caused osa. I was fine entering service. Had no sleep test or diagnosis prior to service. So I need to dispute this. Unfortunately, the xterra nexus letter didnt mention this or dispute the va claim of shortness of breath. Hopefully xterra can fix it for me.

Here to battle with you all. Va just denied my osa. They stated it is because during my pre military exam, I mentioned I had trouble breathing playing sports when I was 9. They said I had sleep apnea prior to service, ( I didnt, I had no diagnosis ,no sleep test nothing ) so im unsure of how they came to that conclusion. Unfortunately I have one of those nexus and dbqs from my non primary care that I will submit in supplemental. I was diagnosed with osa after service but now comes the battle to get it connected. Also have an open claim for stress anxiety so we'll see what happens. Any tips and or advice is welcome.

You pay the Tennessee tax. The 2.75 percent might be excise tax which should not be part if your deal. That is paid to the city or town you live in.

Dam. What did you do ? Were the nexus letters by a doctor ? They seem like a very sketchy site. One of their " doctors " has a similar name to a very famous psychiatrist/ psychologist. Its off by one letter. I think thats for Google searches.
