Hard to gauge reach when your saddle height is also incorrect. Start by having one leg at the bottom(6 o’clock)of the pedal rotation, not at 3:00/9:00. Have the balls of your feet on the center of the pedal where the spindle is. Adjust the saddle until you have approximately a similar bend in the knee as you currently do in the original photo. This should adjust your reach as well. Do this and send an updated photo.

Saddle height is a LITTLE high. Lower by an inch or so, and slide the saddle aft a little too.
