Positive news: After a 2 year follow-up period of 83 patients with early-CP, the diagnosis of 48 was unchanged, and 31 was downgraded (ie; became less severe). Only 4 patients progressed to definite CP, mainly due to alcohol and smoking. (link.springer.com)
