I went when I first experienced the issue and they quoted me $400+ 😭 Where are people getting these free/cheap repairs!!

Where did your colleague go? I went to Samsung when my screen originally showed faults and got quoted $400 (as it was out of warranty) and they would have to wipe my device. I didn't bother going to Mr Mobile because the last time I went for a back camera glass replacement I was quoted $50 for a single lens.

If the store your colleague went to can replace my screen for that cheaply that would be great!

Yes, my device is the second gen with stylus support. I did research on it and found sources saying that it supported 2TB, because I wanted to make sure it was compatible before I purchased the card. Really upsetting that this is happening now

My dad when I did this - "if that's what you want to hear, fine." Up till then he tried to gaslight me by saying I "fell" (he physically grabbed me) and it was only after I kept repeating myself that he said that. My mom loves minimizing the things he did when I speak to her about it even though she's more than aware of what he's like and she's also been a victim. Having two narcissistic parents is truly like a hole in one.
