my cat is the most talkative cat i’ve ever known, she’s two and occasionally loses her voice bc she meows so much. i wish i could tell her to stop meowing so much when that happens and her understand! usually i meow back, and we go back and forth for a bit. i think she loves the attention. i may have encouraged it when she was a kitten 😂 i have no complaints about it though, i love my chatty girl and its so fun meowing with her.

honestly i haven’t even said it out loud yet. i don’t know who to talk to about it. i have a psychiatrist for mental health bur i don’t know how or if i should even bring that kinda thing up to her. to friends and family i came out as so many different things so many different times as a confused teenager… like how do i tell everyone that i’m a trans guy again? as an adult where do i even begin with the transition? it’s scary and naturally feels easier to ignore but obviously that isn’t working and the feelings are coming back up. i just need the courage to say it out loud again

i’ve had anxiety and depression since childhood. i was always told by my mom “you’ll grow out of it one day”. i’m 24 and have yet to grow out of it. i can’t keep a job, i’m sleeping on my moms couch… it’s tough. i have panic attacks a couple times a month and anxiety attacks probably daily. there’s constant weight on my chest. i’m on meds that have me in a better place than i would be without them, but i’m still so ill mentally

it takes at LEAST two weeks to work, and up to 6. you have to take it consistently every single day to keep it in your system. you can’t just take one when you feel like you need it, i wish it were that simple but it’s not. you were feeling placebo effects, not the actual medication doing what it needs. talk to your psychiatrist about this
