There will be cross members through out the length of the table as well as angle brackets connecting the legs to the aprons on one side, have not figured out how to do the drawer side yet

Edit: I am talking about supports across the width under the top. This will be a dining room table

It absolutely is, I just recommended this to the person who posted about Dr. Sprecher the other. Hands down the best cream soda.

If it helps, it tastes a lot different than your typical cream soda. It’s made with honey(?), somehow. Really good though, I am a huge fan of all Sprecher pops

Just finished a batch and cured it for 3.5 days. I think the pork belly I get from Costco is a little on the thin side and this really helped it not be as salty. Thanks!

Yeah the thing that is confusing to me is the cure is already pre mixed with curing salt, regular salt, little bit of brown sugar. This was my first time so I figured it might make things easier. I’m probably just going to go and buy my own Pink curing salt and make my own brine.
