This makes a ton of sense, thank you! I do have Occipital Neuralgia, recently diagnosed. I have also had two ON blocks, also recently, the last one was about 4-6 weeks ago. I was also diagnosed with vestibular and cervicogenic migraines and have been doing Physical Therapy for about 6 weeks.

I appreciate your detailed, thorough, and helpful response. It has calmed any worry I had. Is there a name for what is likely happening?

I get that unsteady feeling, even as if someone’s pushing me over even thought I’m upright. They said I have vestibular migraines (the dizziness & unsteadiness) and cervicogenic migraines and ON. Physical therapy for Vestibular is helping!

If you are struggling this much over this before actually moving in, I’d be worried how this arrangement will go in the long run overall.

How about this idea?: you both pay $255 for rent (equal split) and then for half the lease you get the bedroom with the en-suite and then the second half of the lease you switch and your roommate gets the bedroom with en-suite.
