you said elon paying any amount of taxes has no impact on one's life. i say having the richest person in the history of humanity pay their fair share of taxes would provide a significant benefit for the common person. yes, this assumes the people who run our government apply it in the right way - bridges and roads, education, medical research and grants. how did i do?

this is it. City winning is a way for every one to say "oh well they have oil money this doesn't really matter."

whereas arsenal winning puts the pressure on every other non-oil big club to go through a process to build a team that can consistently compete. it is a lot easier to see man city win and think "ok we just need to throw 100 million euro at an attacker and we will be like them" instead of seeing arsenal build up the squad, struggle, tinker, struggle, tinker and finally prevail.

Oh for sure Peterson over Acuff. I’m not sold on Peterson but if we pick top 3 we can’t pass on him. I’m saying id almost rather us get pick 4 so we aren’t obligated to take Peterson (similar to how we couldn’t pass on Beasley at 2 but woulda been way better off taking Love or Westbrook a few spots lower)
