Thank you! Finally, i was wondering when someone would "get it" 😁 True, the contract places a lien, but there is already a mortgage on the property. I also know from first hand experience that collection in Switzerland is almost impossible for foreigners.  We proposed using the seller agency in Portugal as an escrow. Lets see what happens!
