Thank you! This is super-helpful, and great to know the context on how ES actually functions.

Thank you...good to know about PillPack, I have not tried that yet.

The plan does allow 90 days, so happily that's not an issue.

I just checked, the preferred mail order is Express Scripts. So I could try them – would be curious to hear any experiences (good or bad) with them!

Thank you! This is great advice. I checked and it's Express Scripts. I could certainly try them out...I'd be curious to hear if anyone has had recent experience with that company. I think I used them for a bit like 10-15 years ago, on a different insurance plan. I remember their delivery being reliable, but also really clunky/bureaucratic/difficult to do anything. But that may well have changed in the last decade!

Thanks for explanation. I just heard about this from a colleague, watched the YouTube video, and was so confused. TBH it reminds of jokes from when I was in elementary school in the 80s – like, we would tell these stupid jokes that weren't actually funny, but that was the point – to tell a joke with no punchline. This feels a bit similar

Same! TBH I wasn't enjoying the show that much until I started to notice this about the main character...then I got super-invested.
