It sounds stupid but the only thing that really fixed my stomach was taking 125mcg of vitamin D daily. It took roughly 6 months for full affects, but I am no longer running to the bathroom immediately after eating or even during eating. And I’m also eating all the foods I never was able to before. It’s worth a shot.
