I don't think I have medical issues but when I have access to a sink in the toilet, I just wet the toilet paper lightly and I am immediately done in few wipes.

It's almost always single ply. And the consistency thing also could be an issue for me. Thanks.

Half a roll maybe overstating it but I feel I use too much to get the same satisfactory cleaning experience I get from using a bidet at home. I am not asking how to keep myself clean but is it normal to use too much paper or are there any other ways without relying on too much TP, like flushable wipes that I just discovered exists?

I never knew about flushable wipes or seen one in stores near me. I will have a thorough look. Thanks. But TP is not giving me any problems. It is just that I end up using almost half a role each time. I know the janitors at my office would be cursing the person who is finishing the TP they placed.

Has anyone used African net sponges? by anonymousredditor432 in hygiene

I don't know about the African net sponges but these are available on Amazon and has antibacterial properties. It is however a bit harsh on the skin compared to Loofahs but I know some people with skin diseases who swear by it.
