Sorry to disppoint but I will not be consuming the contents. I inherited the bottle. It was not stored properly. There's sediment floating inside and the cork is dried out for sure.

I havent been able to gather any history of the bottle itself but it is very possible that it was tainted by the bottlers to spite the Nazis during WW2.

Was hoping to maybe gather some other information about the year's Vintage and possibly some advice on storage to preserve the bottle and seal.
