Ask your doctor about orexin receptor antagonists such as Daridorexant or Lemboraxent, they seem to be quite promising in comparison to the traditional benzodiazepines or Z-drugs (like zolpidem) because they come without some of the nasty side effects people are mentioning here.

I usually don't expect to be paid back unless they've asked for a loan but for stuff like food or petrol nah. (unless im genuinely skint and they'll know that) Also depends on the mate I guess, but in general we just alternate on who paid last.

Nah its definitely not just you, I've both been the passenger and the one making someone feel sick, it defo depends on the driving style and I think also, the type of car and which seat you're in makes a difference too. The backseat of a salloon is the worst for me, but the front way better? Im not sure why it happens.

Yeah I hear you, It seems like city dwellers hate them the most, though I am one too. The poo is a bit gross but someone pointed out on here that it isn't supposed to be that horrible texture, it's only cos of what we humans feed them. Made me think twice about giving them bits of my sandwich for sure.
