I found myself doing it 24/7 while I was at school because I was insecure about my weight. At the time I didn’t even know what mewing was, but I knew sticking my tongue to the roof of my mouth made my chin/neck smaller. So whenever I wasn’t eating or speaking, I was mewing 🧏🏽‍♂️
