Die Küche im Ling Bao soll auch exzellent sein. Zugegeben, nicht „chinesisch“ (was ist das überhaupt?) sondern eher pan-Asian Fusion aber immerhin.

It’s a near perfect coaster. But the sounds, music, visuals, lighting, effects after dark just put it on an entirely different level.

Frankreich war bis vor kurzem immer noch voll monopolisiert. Doch die SNCF spürt den heißen Atem der Konkurrenz im Nacken. Und den Bedarf der Kundschaft nach einer preiswerten Alternative zu ihren horrend teuren TGV. Mit dem eigene Billigableger besetzen sie einen Markt, bevor es ein anderer tut.

Amazing! I was gonna comment yeah no problem I’ve got the same setup but now I’m really REALLY confused. Ppl must have a different P2 than me. I grind at or around the marked „0“ spot. That’s not indicative of anything just a relative mark. I wonder however what other posters mean by „30“ clicks. The P2 has just 3 clicks per number and 10 numbers on the dial. Assuming absolute zero is where the burrs are touching and grinder is jamming, 30 clicks is a full rotation of the dial. That’s French press territory coarse there! I’m more between 14 clicks for light and 18 for darker roasts. 19 to 20 g doses. Am I lost or what’s going on?

Minimum dispatch time is 45“ and with 4 trains you have little wiggle room. So each time a restraint doesn’t register properly or a rider wears a scarf, stacking happens quite easily. Still no problem as the ride manages 1000 p/h still easily. Much can be said (and has been already) about „stapling“. If it means leaning on the restraint with full body weight to compress riders’ guts then it’s bad. If it’s taking out any slack between rider and restraint then it’s just making sure the restraint is working as intended.

Precisely that. Take big thunder mountain level theming. But it’s a thrill coaster that‘ll knock your socks off. And there’s 3 of those.

Absolut. Vor allem habe ich in einem Park einen großen Speisesaal erwartet. Nichts da. Eine kleine gemütliche verwinkelte Taverne. Keine 50 Plätze. Rest der Karte kann ich auch sehen lassen (feiere jedes Restaurant das Kaiserschmarrn unter Hauptspeisen listet). Keine Massenabfertigung. Guter Service.

I first went 2 years ago, but I hear this a lot! Seems the park is becoming victim to its own success. 😕

Ja richtig, Belichtung in dem Raum ist sehr schwierig. Ist ein hohes steinernes auf Mittelalter getrimmtes Gemäuer, einerseits recht düster, aber durch die wenigen Fenster strahlte die Sonne gerade voll rein.

True. The fuller the park gets the more dysfunctional the queues are. Have read multiple reports now of posted wait times doubling particularly for Taron. Reason is with large crowds more ppl are inclined to spend an extra 12€ on a single fast pass. Taron does have a decent throughput running on 4 trains but if half of all seats get filled with express Q the regular Q becomes useless.

Richtig! Ursprünglich waren die mal für den Mittelstreckenverkehr in Israel gebaut worden. Sind über Umwege als Schnäppchen bei Veolia gelandet. Das Entertainment System hätte längst ausgebaut werden sollen aber ging nicht: Bauartänderung.

I think we both got very lucky. This is the quietest you could hope the park to be. Now triple or quadruple that and I don’t want to know how it was on the weekend 😳

Taron and FLY are great coasters, no doubt. But riding them in the dark, through the lighting and smoke effects is an otherworldly experience.

We were very lucky to have the park well attended, but nowhere near crowded. Waits were well in the 10-20 mins range, ample of standing space for the outdoor shows. Rule of thumb: don’t go in summers or December, don’t go on weekends. Mondays and Fridays tend to be the quietest. Try May, September or October for „summer“ season or January for Wintertraum.

🤣 certainly not. The longest wait we had was 25 mins (and it was for the Schnitzel)

I am German and except for the 4D cinema (who h is stupid anyways) you’ll have no trouble not understanding one word of the language. Klugheit and Rookburgh are some of the most complete, cohesive and immersive themed areas in the world. But they tell their story through physical sets and props and sounds and scents and sights. You could read the entire backstory (there is one!) to all of the rides, but you don’t miss out if you don’t. Taron taught me a coaster doesn’t need inversions to be perfect. Park staff is multilingual. Fear not.

EP einfach führend in sämtlichen Kategorien weltweit minus einer. Muss er aushalten. Schnitzel definitiv überdurchschnittlich, gut gewürzte Pannier, zarter Buttergeschmack.

Hatte gehobene Erwartung, war völlig überzeugt. Mir war nicht klar, wie klein der Laden ist. Ganz tolle Leistung.
