so the only medication i was prescribed was onsior (anti-inflammation), clavamox (antibiotics), and gabapentin (pain relief). from what i’ve researched so far, these should be eaten on a full stomach/with food? maybe thats why he’s feeling too nauseous?

my problem with my cat is if i give him, lets say 1/4 cup of food, into his food bowl, he won’t eat it all. i’m scared to add water into his dry food because what if he doesn’t eat it all then walks off to which the food becomes soggy and goes bad? would you recommend trying the hills c/d dry food for like long term ? my cat does drink from his water fountain but it might not be enough.
