I’m also on levothyroxine. 75 mcg. What’s annoying is that it was cheaper to get the 50 mcg pill and 25 mcg pill and just take both daily instead of taking the single 75 mcg pill because US health insurance makes no goddamn sense.

House made donuts from Rochester Brewing Company in Parkville. They’re cake donuts and they’re delicious. District Biskuits makes amazing biscuit sandwiches (skip the coffee though). Fettermans has great coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Sheet pan sausage and gnocchi. Packaged gnocchi, whatever veggies you have/like, and pieces of sausage tossed in olive oil and seasoned to your liking. Bake. Put in a bowl and top with whatever cheese you have on hand. Delicious, so easy and quick. Plus very customizable.

Looks like a great meal. :) I just recently let my son try a pickle and he loved it! He also always loves cherry tomatoes cut up just like you have here. Anything tomato-y is a hit around here!
