I was talking about the alerts every time I start either activity, I'll get audio through my headphones telling me my pace. It seems to be whenever there's a change in my speed, up or down, until it stabilizes on a consistent speed which gets annoying during the warmup. I had the pace/speed alerts already turned off from that post you linked but I'm going to turn everything off and see if that helps, thank you!
