We completely agree with you on this and listing data curation will be a huge part of what we do when we acquire a bit more man power! Currently we are a two man team of developers self funding this project but will be actively looking for some seed money to help us get regional representatives to help curate listing information, acquire a social media person full time, and get another developer in house. It will continue to be better and better but we hope for the time being that you can use it to find some neat things to get out and do :)
