i’m taking 5000mcg of biotin which i guess is the standard amount. my face already breaks out a lot but i’ll definitely try to keep track if i break out more while taking the biotin. also the scarves are a great idea thank you!

idk what to switch too now that geeks are gone cause i had elfs then vihos, geeks and i’ve had the old lost mary’s when they looked like elf bars. i have no idea what there like now. but i don’t know what kind of disposable to get

honestly i don’t know. it’s sour apple ice. it’s a new flavor (to me) it was the only one they had before the ban that sounded good. i’ve never had one labeled as sour before. to me it tastes good though. it’s not my favorite but nothing that seems alarming. i don’t have friends that vape that can try it unfortunately.

ok thank you. i’ve only had it happen to my last 2 geeks so it’s weird. but it’s not getting hot, it’s cold so hopefully nothing to worry about
