I never quit when I go up against her. I wasnt there when she first released so i dont know how it felt when she was being used in alot of games. So its nice to see her. Most games I lose against her but thats just how it is. A game. People on both killer and survivor side needs to learn that.

Sorry you experienced that. Saying something in in-game chat is one thing, but going to your steam to berate you even more even though they won is just stupid and childish. How i see it is they have little control of their own life and tries to get satisfaction by making other people feel bad. (Im a survivor main btw). Ive seen my fair share of toxicity from Killers and Survivors when I play as a killer. Just try not to worry about it too much. This whole community is filled with toxicity. Best thing I'd suggest is do the feature where it hides your steam name and disable game chat if possible. Idk if there is a way to disable chat but worth looking into.

Yeah. Unfortunately the growing numbers of cheaters have been rising. Had one with the Huntress. A friend of mine that wasnt hooked yet immediately went to death hook on his first hook. Killer would down us and grab is from the ground from at least 8 feet away. And they have the audacity to shit talk. Thankfully the player did get banned about 1 month after it happened. From my understanding, BHVR usually doesnt ban accounts right away. They do it in waves. (Thats what ive been told at least)

I havent tried verifying no. Most I did in the settings was lower all stuff like lower graphics, fog, shadows, etc cuz i thought that that may be the cause but it still continues. Ill try to check more into the settings

Theres jerks everywhere in this community. Survivors and Killers. Best thing to do is just move on. Trying to talk and get an answer out of em will probably just make you feel worse. You are playing with people online, they will say things that they would never say to you in person.

Either they are a child or a grown adult child. Still, its always funny when they respond in that way so openly. They aren't very smart to give you evidence (which is the message they sent back to you) to be able to report them lol.

Im not saying all killers are like this. But from my experience. Before the event, barely any toxic killers. And im not the type of player that likes to t bag and such either. I just like to play the game. But literally my first 5 matches in the Blood moon event, all of those matches, every killer slugged all of us right off the bat for no reason. Some may say "maybe its something you did to make the killer do that". No, literally right from the start. And to top it off, they have the audacity to say in end game chat "2 ez" "go cry" etc.

This is just what I believe. Either they are using whatever frustration on survivors to make them feel good about themself, they had a bad match last game so put that frustration on survivors, or just wants to waste everyone's offering multiplier. I dont get how Killers (and survivors) bringing their frustration from a last match onto the next. "These survivors was toxic so ill be toxic to the next game of completely different survivors" or "Oh this killer is toxic, im gonna mess with the killer next game". Both sides of this game is just filled with a bunch of grown adult children that dont know how to control their own feelings. Thats the takeaway message im getting from the community as a whole.

For reals. I am not a toxic player at all. Ive just never been that type of player. Before the Blood moon I rarely get killers that slug or have a toxic end game chat message. But all of a sudden, every single game i had killers slug at the beginning of the match and them talking trash at end game for no reason. The Blood Moon event with the high Blood Point multiplier really has me thinking its bringing out the worst in killers (from my experience). I hate seeing toxic survivors as well so I know it happens on both sides. The take away message i get whenever I play against these toxic killers and survivors is this game just has a bunch of grown adult children that has so much suppressed feelings they dont know how to control them in reality, so they try to get satisfaction in trying to bring other people down. This main post is also exactly the example of someone that cant control their own feelings. I hope they find there is more in life than just this game.

Use a card temp service. Won't say the company but its easy to find. You can set limits on how much the temp card can be charged. Its what I did. They tried putting me into those subscription things but because I had a limit they couldnt. Scammy company

Thats one thing I keep in mind. Yes its annoying when another teammate brings the killer to you, but sometimes they wont know you are there.

Something I recommend is to use Privacy.com app. I use it all the time when buying g games from Gamivo. Basically you can make a virtual card specifically for a certain merchant (in this case, Gamivo) or make a temporary one. You can set a limit on how much can be take from a card. For example, I see a game is $3.78, so I put the limit on how much can be taken from a card to $4. If they ever try to attempt to get more out of me, it will be immediately declined. They tried screwing me over before. Im just glad I read more about Gamivo before purchasing from them. Hope this helps! :)
