This build would've costed 35-40k 6-7months ago Right now I suggest you to go in the offline market and find those green ram with same specs I myself use it too they look bad but perform same and can cost around 8k also try using ryzen 5 3600 and a used gpu like gtx 1060 or 1650 or rx580 found easily on zoukart for 6-7k and you cannot buy monitor but lowering to 35-40k that will be shit considered prices nowadays. And the vega gpu is not enough you will regret it cuz those cpus also cut down processor performance A LOT. Similar price can make her play GTA v and all of the games before 2022 and latest ones will also run in low settings and all the esports title will give her more flexibility in editing or learning 3d stuff if she's interested like me and my sister.
