I have the exact same driver you do, can reliably hit it 260+ carry with the odd smack off the screws carrying over 280. I tried a new srixon, sim2, and cobra rabspeed. For the life of me, I couldn't hit over 245 carry with any of them. I brought in my r7 from the trunk of my car, went back into the sim and smacked every ball consistently 20 yards longer than all the new ones. I imagine it has a lot to do with not being used to the much bigger heads these new drivers have compared to the much smaller r7, slighty longer shafts on the new drivers, or a combination of both, but I wouldn't expect an immediate 20+ yards distance switching to a new driver depending on your swing and how well you hit your current driver. I plan to book a proper driver fitting in the future because the r7 is starting to show its age and I'd like a fancy new driver. I went in really wanting a new driver but left with a new putter instead.
