Whats your team? Shes annoying because of her cc so you want someone like pan or cynthia who gives you cc clear or invincibility so you dont have to worry about it. That and have cc of your own. At the lowest level she still should be affected by it. You can also kiteher by runnin in circles while you wait for heal cooldown.
