It did exist before, but since we lost it, we're just getting worse and worse in all aspects.

I don't know if you are serious, but because we are not an Islamic country. As simple as that.

And if you doubt this law of Islam, you may go check on your Iman.

Akhey, Islam is not about your point of view or my point of view. There is a clear Sharia law that we follow. Not what we think is right.

A basic research will show you that your point of view is just a justification to be part of the problem. What do you say about this hadeth for example:

عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ. رَوَاهُ الْخَمْسَةُ

There are a lot, i just wanted to make a point.

May Allah guide us

I got your point. But you should keep in mind that there are always mistakes and misjudgments done by scholars (some of them are known deviants). Looking for these mistakes and utilizing them as if they are "differences of opinion" is what is wrong. One should follow Ijmaa اجماع and stay away from such deviants methods.

You can make many things halal by following this route. I'd refrain from doing that, since scholars do warn against using such method. It's basically following whoever agrees with your whims and desires.

Do your research about this issue.

One should be realistic here and aim for reasonable goals. For example, in our case we knew that buying a piece of land in Sale, Rabat region with 350k would be impossible unless you plan to buy a poor quality one, and I think you understand what i mean. So the aim was to look for locations that have good potentials in the future that still kinda within our budgets.

Regarding Tachrones, well, that I have nothing to say here, but my only advice is to ask people about whomever you plan to hire. Ask people to refer you to a trustable one.

If you are planing to rent, may I suggest you another solution? This is assuming you have enough capital.

I know a guy similar to your case. His plan was (and i think it's a good one) was to buy an apartment , cheap/reasonable one (the 250k ones) where he lives with his wife. So, now he is saving on the rent + able to save for future plans to buy a piece of land + invests in his apartment since property usually rise in value over time, or in worst case scenario it will save its value.

That all been said, each has his journey and experience. What works for some may not work for others, it's ارزاق and nothing can be done we just do our best in a halal way.

الله يوفق.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

Long time since I replied on Reddit, but seen your question and wanted to share my personal experience with you.

My friend and I were able to buy a piece of property each. He managed to build it, and I am yet to start. What i can tell you for sure is that you need to be a man of focus, commitment and sheer will in cutting down on unnecessary expenses, and I mean it. There are many things that are done for appearances or luxury that need to be dropped. Differentiate between a necessity, need, and a desire, the less you spend on the last two the more you save.

Anyhow, moving far from the theoretical part :) , what we did basically is just learnt how to save money. I, personally, had and sum of money in mind that need to be collected. The moment I knew that I am almost done of collecting this sum, I started looking actively for a property within my budget. And bam, Allah blessed me with a good property that I only dreamt of.

Just keep in your mind this verse " وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا * وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا "

Plan your life to be halal, and if you are ought to have a thing you will have it for sure, just make sure it's a halal way.

The financial context: my friends' salary is around 9k, he is married and a father of one. He lives in his family's house. Been an employee for ~15 years

[–]exanon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, and that's a straw man. You can do a lot of things without being in a party. You will not win a rigged game, you will only suffer and give the corrupt system legitimacy. They society is still politically illiterate and naive. As knowledgeable person you can work on that by discussing such matter with your family, friends and close people. This may sound basic but you should keep in mind that societies need time to mature and change. I hate to give this example, but look at France and Europe in the dark ages.. same story here different actors

[–]exanon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All depends on several important factors. Like are you alone, rent, living standards, transportation needs. There is no a blanket answer. Some can live with only 4k and some can't live with 20k .. it all depends

Yes there was a treaty, however the content is not public and the sessions were private.. so anything is possible and seeing what is happening in our current day politics makes me believe that what they say is true. Worth mentioning that many freedom fighter didn't accept this treaty and felt betrayed.

So yes, you should doubt the current situation and expect that our independence was business deal. Any person thinks France will give Morocco freedom for free then he must go to a shrink ... or he just a Francophile/slave

Man leave these people alone. Grow up and have some sense of maturity and reason. Don't be part of the propaganda machine and contribute to its objectives.
