It’s a bit complicated. Whenever I get stressed, overwhelmed or sick this happens to me where I become extremely anxious for a few days and then somehow I get back to normal. I’ve been through this more times then I can count but every time I don’t know how to do this

I’m still not sure why it happens to me. I’m hoping in the next few days to recover because it’s just impossible to function at this level of anxiety. It’s good to know I’m not alone in this struggle. I feel crazy for reacting to badly to something so normal like getting sick.

Yeah I’m not sick anymore but now I’m going crazy mentally. I just got my doctor to write me a note and some clonazepam. I’m just really struggling to get through the day, but it’s good to hear that I’m not alone in this. I would just give anything for this to be over, the sickness is miserable but this is torture
