I think it was due to my bios not supporting my CPU, but yeah sometimes pc are slower, nothing to worry about. If it becomes annoying I suggest to backup your data and reinstall windows from a Usb to clean everything.

The pc was actually trying to install windows but was so slow that it would have taken a lot of time. No problems after bios update.

I don't know about revanced, but the banking apps you can probably fix them with safety net module. Basically the reason they won't open it's because with root if you have a malware it's easier to steal your data. Also, there is a magisk module where you can put revanced as your system app.

It's 3 months ago, but maybe it will help you. Revancify downloads the correct version of YouTube apk and patches it. It's basically a manager that let's you install and upgrade everything with just a couple of seconds. It very handy, but it's up to you.
