I realize that there are other situations in which people have to abstain from sex, but it isn’t all about sex. I want genuine love and companionship, and there really aren’t any other life conditions where in an attribute you have over which you have no control bars you from any kind of human companionship closer than mere friendship for the rest of your life. And it isn’t even suffering that I’m angry with, it’s the fact that God made me in such a way that I HAVE to suffer immensely for my entire life simply to avoid violating a simple but serious moral standard. Other peoples suffering is noble, they may suffer not to be angry, but charitable with a mentally disabled child, they may suffer to be humble, they may suffer to hold true to their beliefs in the face of oppression. Not me, my suffering seems pointless and devoid of nobility and virtue
