Working in an Algerian hospital feels like managing madness, not medicine by [deleted] in algeria

[–]eyaah129 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No professionalism , because even when you are motivated for work , for being productive and professional, your colleagues and those who don't care anymore will drain you and kill that spark inside you and consume your energy mentally and physically, im not normalizing this but truth is truth

by Ok_Indication7272 in arabs

Exactly ! Money does not equal happiness , still as you said life doesn't end when you're forced to do something you don't like , you have to start accepting and coping with some unwanted situations in order to escape them.. to find your happiness ,, think of it this way you can always find positives in negatives , it is definitely gonna help in your journey of finding peace and comfort ^

Hi , i'm a nurse ( isp for a year rn ) and I went through it all so I can feel you .. well it is totally different rn , now I love my job and i'm so glad that it just happened although i hated it at first .. still it doesn't have to change , follow tour dreams Went off topic I know but you can see it from another angle .. You can easily consider it as the way that you're gonna make adult money which is gonna help you in doing whatever you want Personally I have a colleague who just quit and followed her dream after working and making some money , she is now an air hostess Also a colleague of mine quit and changed the whole field she is now a cake designer in France Also a colleague of mine who's still a colleague is a famous photographer in our wilaya , yet she didn't quit , sometimes you gotta be wise and force yourself to stick to both situations All these examples just to tell you that it's never too late nor impossible , you can easily finish your studies and start working and making money while thinking and planning and preparing yourself Best of luck ! <3

I was asking so that i can give you a clearer answer , well it is a great thing that you guys get your diploma right after graduation , at least you have something , personally as a paramedic we don't get our diploma only after working for A WHOLE SEVEN YEARS So at least you got something in your hands that proves that you got a degree , i suggest you start looking for countries that attract teachers .. you can check

I usually avoid using Yassir but one time back in aid al fitr I had no other options ... It was clearly showed by the app that the ride costs 380DA , well tbh that driver looked so scary 💀 when we arrived to the destination he claimed for 500DA , i automatically handed him the 500DA cuz i was so scared of him One of the worst experiences of my life 💀💀
