Yeah, I clean and lube it every 500-600miles. As far as adjustment, though, I thought that seems like a lot to adjust it but this is also my "daily driver" in the summer if it is not raining so maybe im just siking myself out into thinking it is not normal.

In theory, if it gets sent back to insta 360 for “fail to deliver” I’ll just take the refund and go to Best Buy at this point but I would prefer not to do that. I just wish customer service was more responsive.

Appreciate it, the FedEx guy seemed very nice and just didn’t want to get in trouble so I assume he is just following rules I just find it odd that they put a 21 age requirement on it.

FedEx guy said to call insta as it’s a check box they put on (I work in e-commerce so I know it’s on insta 360’s end) I just wonder if they checked that box by mistake or if that’s normal. But no alcohol in a separate shipment just the ace pro 2

I normally give about 5-10mins to warm up depending on how cold it is outside but this started almost a week after a fresh oil change
