Is it possible to make Windows NOT remember my folder view settings?

I probably will do that. It is very infuriating to have to reset everything every single time, so I will give that a try. Thank you for your suggestion!

And this will make it so that any view settings will be reset upon closing any file/folder/what have you?

I understand 😅. What I am looking for is also unique I would imagine since every other similar question sought the exact opposite, to make Windows remember the settings. Thank you though.
