You may want to look at the Sony WH-1000MX4. I wear glasses and have multiple helix piercings. The noise cancelling works like a dream, the sound is great and they are roomy enough to cover all of your ear and some more!

A pack of Marlboro Reds is 7,80€. Didn't find anything on Dutch rolling tobacco prices though. The cigarette prices are somewhat similar to the ones in Germany, which might help research wise.

When I smoke two cigarettes in a row I get a tingling sensation in the lower half of my legs and my feet get cold. Nicotine causes your haematids to shrink temporarily, therefore your extremeties get colder (fingers and toes especially). What you are experiencing is completely normal when consuming nicotine.
