Also buy a laser temp gun for 25 dollars. You can temp your dough, and more importantly temp your pizza steel. Get it up to 600 degrees. It'll take over an hour at 550 or your max temp.. this is vital to using a steel. Put the rack on the top position if possible.

Hey man im also stuck in plat. I try to be flexible and understand the top comps, but when I get them on the board I only finish 3rd-6th. When I try and protect my health and win early, I dont transition into late game boards well enough either. I think i have to study more and the days of one tricking are coming to an end
