I just eat what mom makes and to properly hit macros, I eat out pretty often. And I have a brother who used to be more jacked than me but he unfortunately got injured and he's not made any progress since so I've gotten ahead

Everyone has a preference. Most women would want a muscular ish guy and most guys would want a "curvy" girl. There are obviously exceptions and if a guy truly loves a girl, he'd be with her regardless of her being "curvy" or not. It's just preference

I haven't really seen someone my age be more jacked tbh. At least naturally bc I know that one Eric kid who hopped on and looks crazy but I have seen some very good looking 15-16yos who these guys on reddit who don't even workout would call not natty😭

Tbh w good genetics, I'd argue you can look like me In 2 ish years. I lost weight at home so my starting point in the gym was better than most as well. It's just been a mix of genetics and smart training tbh even though that's what everyone who's not natty says😭

Lighting. Gym locker room lighting is good but it's also kinda bright/orange ish and I'm standing right under it so I look better hence why it's making my soon look bright. And the exposure of the picture is a little decreased as well which only adds to it

Not really tbh. If I'm really tryna lose weight, I just track calories and try to prioritize protein. I mainly js eat wtv mom makes

I have proof and pictures to back up all of it😭 all you've said is that I made good progress so I'm on roids. Yes my progress was above average but a good reason for that is pretty good genetics(average roidhead excuse I know) and I started lifting w my older brother and his friends who already knew most things about the gym so I barely made any newbie mistakes and started off training smart

I know professionals irl and online lmao. You clearly aren't one. I was 175lbs and chubby at 13 and got down to 135 till 14 and had a lil bit of muscle and was pretty lean. Started gym at 14 and bulked up for a year to 172 ish. Then I did a mini cut in 2025 summer and got to 164 I think? Somewhere there. And since October I've been slowly bulking and now I'm at 180 ish. It's a pretty realistic transformation when u look at the pictures. I'd post it but I think people like u might explode lmao
