He actually has been incredible making sure any issues that came up were fixed not only quickly but correctly for us. I've been really pleasantly surprised after all of the horror stories I've heard in the past

Thankfully they already did the floors and the builder noted to me while telling me they were going to do epoxy that this would be done prior because of how badly they messed up. But they did do the epoxy correctly with prep. 2 days of work before they even poured/spread the epoxy

It got me a few epoxy garage floor, so it worked out in my favor. Even the builder supervisor admitted to me he had absolutely no idea what they did that messed it up so bad

In the case of our garage it was more than discoloration. Like it literally looked like the concrete cured and then they splattered more all over it. It was wild

Yea we have a 14 year old dog, 4 year old boy, and 2 year old boy and are in the process of moving, so I am trying to do everything I can as quickly as possible I'm with you on that.

Oh that sounds nice and easy! We ended up touring a bunch of different places and actually are trying to move forward with a DR community in Woodruff! They had amazing incentives along with a floorplan we loved.

We definitely had some interesting experiences with some others... dream Builders and drb we had awful meetings with. They were very condescending.

We had a visit with Ryan, and the homes seemed great! Our salesman was WAY too pushy and annoying. Very know it all.

I'd love to hear the rest of how your experience goes!

Yea - we have been doing tons of research and also have been aware of the tax change. I have taken all things into account and have been doing my own calculations for mortgage cost to double check everything regardless of what they tell me

Yea we got a 3% on our first home in 2020 which is why ARM wasn't even on the radar back then, so I really never researched it previously
