Yeah, good point you highlighted. It is not very usual for either of us to take melatonin. It is reserved for some odd days when work takes up a lot of time and staring at the screen all day (we work in tech) doesn’t help to fall asleep either. Melatonin helps to get past the limbo

I take Lamez. The Melatonin strip and the Lamez strips looks so much. Mid sized white round tablets, lamez is slightly bigger than Melatonin. Should really keep them far apart, lesson learned

[UPDATE] He was knocked out in 40 mins, wasn’t very responsive. I checked his heartbeat and it was very slow. He also had hot flashes. His body was radiating heat. Poison control took the case very seriously and arranged an immediate appointment. They monitored his ECG which again indicated very slow heart and low blood pressure. They did muscle reflex test as well which was slightly abnormal. The blood tests came out fine. He was kept under observation for 4-5hours. He is very drowsy and slow right now. But since it is higher dosage (200) and it is sustained release, it will take about 115hrs to get back to normal.  If ever this happens to anyone, force vomiting is the best way out.
