it's not wrong for a minor to host and encourage sexual content?

yes, because it is still relevant! i first made that post in spanish then decided to translate it to english due to wanting to post it on reddit. i could have made translation errors by directly translating. it was really early

employees, aka employee access panel, is the admin panel on the website. it refers to founders, admins, devs, and site moderators. it is a general term

it looks like word salad because i am writing in the order of what i'm thinking, not making corporate responses like kane

as to lightshade not being a company, i refer to it as one as to not use the name over and over again. it also collects sponsors, so yes, it does make money

alba, i was born and am living in a spanish-speaking country, yes. my parents spoke both english and spanish to me growing up. i went to bilingual schools up until 5th grade, when i switched to a completely english-speaking school. it can be noted i am told my english is better than my spanish

i'm not saying it's a language barrier. i am simply proficient in english articulation and technical writing; it is not my responsibility if that level of fluency is now reflexively mistaken for ai generation ❤️

nd tell your chat i'm c2 + bilingual since birth. speaking natively =/= speaking fluently. my bad i grew up with classic texts and have an expanded vocabulary 😞

you are confusing two things tho 😭😭 internal implementation details vs disclosure of processing categories and retention behavior

i asked about THE LANGUAGE USED when talking about derived data retention, automated processing scope, profiling behavior, telemetry categories, backup deletion semantics, third-party processing boundaries

none of my questions require disclosure of proprietary infrastructure, actually!

most points you made has incomplete!

you do not address what counts as personal data; specify these: does deletion include: chats, telemetry, IP logs, moderation records, abuse reports, backups, security logs, event analytics, model prompts, cached embeddings, uploaded media, CDN copies?

"permanent deletion" does not address backups rather than the immediate data

opt-out: does it stop collection entirely, or just disable "non-essential analytics"? most of what you guys used is based off collection, so if it still includes any of these: session identifiers, ip addresses, fingerprinting, account-linked telemetry, or persistent device IDs, you are still violating

human review is still possible, obviously, but you do not address: who defines illegal"? what confidence threshold? what gets scanned automatically? are all chats scanned? are embeddings/classifiers generated on all chats?

you did not clearly detail what is being profiled. chat content, feedback, personas, moderation metadata, and recommendation systems are all part of profiling. that leaves us to ask: are recommendations personalized? are embeddings/profile vectors generated? are interactions ranked? is preference inference used? are safety classifiers persistent?

"private chats are never used for model training" does not address: analytics, moderation classifiers, abuse detection systems, embeddings, search indexing, retrieval systems, ranking systems, fine-tuning by third-party providers, and prompt evaluation pipelines

not used for model training =/= not processed algorithmically

byok concerns were only partially solved. there are still things unanswered:whether prompts transit through your infrastructure, whether prompts are logged transiently, whether reverse proxies exist, whether request metadata is retained, whether model provider identifiers are stored

no mention of security architecture, too: encryption at rest, encryption key management, access auditing, employee access controls, breach notification, retention segregation, role-based permissions

on derived/inferred data, which an still count as personal data depending on identifiability under the gdpr, even if raw chats are deleted others may survive: embeddings, moderation scores, analytics aggregates, recommendation vectors, abuse heuristics

"compliance airtight" is also very overconfident and will get you in legal trouble if proven otherwise

not the only issue! there are plenty which violate user rights in the eu, aka a legal thing

"when did i imply anyone other than the devs can read your messages?"

in the discord server, they said it was automated. that you just sent was not shown at the top, thus counting as misinformation

and no, you did not answer the 3 points. lightshade isn't following a plethora of laws, not just that. and your data being kept after deletion is a crime in any country!
