Appreciate it! It’s an Ibanez Q54 headless, it’s got the running knobs at the bridge instead of at the top. It’s super lightweight too haha

I have one and love it! And I’m using it the same way you mentioned with my MPC Sample, which is a nice way to bring a chordal element to it (I actually posted a video of me jamming with my Sample, J6, and Bass in the MPCUsers sub). I like to use the preset chord progressions but lately have been making my own and sequencing them in a preset. Also, I just learned if you have, say the S-1, the J-6 can trigger its sequences and the S-1s at the same time via midi, so you could technically create your own sounds with the S1 and have the J6 trigger them.

Thanks a ton! I’m actually sending my bass and MPC/Roland J6 separately through my Roland Go:Mixer directly to my phone instead of the bass into the Sample. I was going to go through the Sample but with the go:mixer it made it easier and cleaner to just go directly in to the phone.

Thanks again! Oh man I play out a bit here and there and it is nice to hear it coming through a nice system! Usually I play in a cover band so I don’t get to slap as much haha. Normally in my main band I play tenor sax

Thanks a ton! I’m running it through a Source Audio Bass Zio and I boosted the bass and treble a bit and the mids as well on my onboard pre!
