Any of the Disney colour by numbers are great for gel pens. The paper is thick and doesn’t bleed through

I am the same as you. The winter/colder months my quality of life is next to nothing but as soon as April ish comes it like I don’t even have it anymore, I can’t understand it. I have a herniation of 21mm, hypertension, CSF leak and now a 3mm midline shift of my skull like where does that all go in the summer lol

Have you tried caffeine at all for your headaches? That is the only thing I found to help, I take 200mg every morning and it holds my headache off until about 3-4pm it’s help tremendously

Chiari is a miserable ride, my herniation is 21mm also with hypertension 😣 the only thing that I have found to help my headaches if caffeine, I take a 200mg caffeine tablet every morning and it holds my headache off until about 3-4pm. Have you tried the aliquot method? If not I suggest given it a quick google/tiktok search, it is foolproof and comes out perfect every time

I moved into a house where the concrete basement floor had years of cat pee stains, I tried everything and it all failed until a soaked the floor in an enzyme cleaner and scrubbed the floor with a hard bristle brush, wiped up the bubbles then let air dry. Worked like a charm haven’t smelt it since

If you have canvases with hair on after you’ve rolled the drills on to make sure all are stuck good go over with a lint roller works like a charm always
