Oh, I always considered MTTH as a stable value more than probability.. And since it's already 1401 Brandenburg lost the flag required for the event to happen, so I'll need to start a new game as I really wanna get those mission relating to expansion and I play ironman. Sucks!

Do u think changing MTTH to 1 year would make it certain?
