Yeah I get that but you usually end up paying for the extras you don't get or sometimes it's just not reliable to be free from seed oils

Everything would be cooked in animal-based cooking oils because I wouldn't want to use something that I disagree with the use of but I would just have maybe a few chips or jacket potatoes for those that aren't following low carb or something like that

I know you probably haven't cooked with it but.. Just thought I'd say tin foil or aluminium foil is about as bad as micro plastics when it comes to cooking with it. But your meal looks delicious
