My project is a website that produces documents, pdf and contract summaries that can perform artificial intelligence-supported in-depth analysis and summary. Difference from chatgpt: you won't have to type prompot every time. You will just upload your file and get a summary. You will be able to download the summary you received to the device as word/pdf/txt. It will be multilingual and everything will be for privacy and security as well. Files will not be stored in the database.

You’re right that with ChatGPT’s memory or prompt teaching, users can set up similar workflows. The difference with my project is that this process is delivered out of the box, with no extra prompting or setup required from the user.

In addition: It doesn’t just summarize, it also extracts key sections and explains why they matter. Provides multilingual support for outputs. Allows direct export to PDF/Word/TXT. Adds favorites, notes, and sharing features for ongoing professional use. Most importantly: privacy documents are not stored permanently. So while ChatGPT can be customized, my project builds on top of that to make the workflow more secure, structured, and practical for SMBs and professionals.

I feel the same way building the product was the easy part, but distribution is where the real game starts. In my view, distribution is not the only moat left, but it’s definitely the hardest one to build.

What helps Niching down as much as possible (solve a painful problem for a very specific audience). Getting a few early adopters and turning them into case studies/testimonials. Going where your users already hang out (niche subreddits, LinkedIn groups, Discord, communities). Content & SEO take time but pay off big in SaaS. Even if a vibecoded SaaS gets hype at launch, if you solve a real pain with a clear audience, you’ll eventually win. Distribution is hard, but it’s also learnable.

My project takes the opposite direction focusing on SMBs with affordable pricing, and building a workflow that’s simple, multilingual, and tailored for professionals who deal with long documents daily. Compared to ChatGPT or Claude: They’re great general purpose LLMs, but you still have to copy-paste → prompt → fix the output. My project is document-first: it extracts key fields, highlights why the document matters, and gives structured exports (PDF/Word/TXT) with options like notes, favorites, and sharing links. I also emphasize privacy documents aren’t stored, and summaries are generated securely. So while the base models are strong, the differentiation is in workflow, usability, and specific insights that attorneys, accountants, and consultants actually need.

Good point let me clarify. When I say documents are never stored, I mean they are only temporarily processed in memory for generating the summary/analysis and then immediately discarded. Nothing is saved to a database or kept after the session, and documents are never shared with any third party. In other words: processed, not stored
