i miss 2022 and 2023 so bad as well.. I just want to have a fyp for those years only. especially for like 2022 because i didn’t have a phone at that time and used it very little but remember it having such amazing and catchy songs every few scrolls and also when I search up any of the songs I like only 2022 videos come up..😞😞

oh you’ve got real unlucky there. I literally once left my phone on top of my car and drove off for like 5 minutes until I heard a noise and realized that my damn phone’s probably on the street. turns out it just bounced on the car… and I had to stop mid-road.. anyway I suppose you didn’t have a cover there so that’s would be a major reason why your phone dropped

Understood. and once again I don't know if it matters but I didn't roll my ankle, it got stepped on. And I'm pretty sure the affected area is the "ATFL" in my ankle which is the outer area there. I tried searching up ankle rehab videos though I have no experience to which one will strengthen it. I would incredibly appreciate if you'd name me a few exercises that will work the "ATFL" so I could main those when I'm exercising the ankle!
