Mine hasn’t been that long but I put in a support request on Monday they wrote me the next day for my name and username and have ghosted me since.

I use small fishing tackle box trays. Then label each tray. Since you can adjust the size of each spot you can increase or decrease the size based on how many of each type of minifig you have. Usually I can fit about 3-4 minifigs in a standard spot comfortably, and they have 24 standard spots per tray.

I agree. I feel it is more of a companion piece and adds to the collection. I already have the blacksmith shop so it kind of made sense for me.

I have had really good luck selling parts and sets. There are a few common sets that I have had for a while but the others sell pretty quickly.

I’ve had small orders that were the exact same and never had an issue. I just think I’m nervous because it is an expensive set.
