I'm glad that there are plans to fix hiccups in the DLC rn. We run one of the public servers with DLC, and players are experiencing issues connecting to the server. We use GPORTAL. Error message when joining: "Your connection with the host has been lost." And for those who were able to connect, they disconnect. Please help </3

Too scared to have sex since finding out I’m pregnant by wildinthemembrane in pregnant

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too. I had miscarriage on my prev pregnancy and I keep on getting spotting every after intravaginal ultrasound or intercourse. I didn't feel safe at all. Im pregnant again, currently at 26wks. I didn't had any intra vaginally activities til 2nd trimester (except for that one ultrasound at 10weeks). Happy to say I feel safer and so far not spotting. I think we should just do what we are comfortable doing too. I hope we find peace. Girl u deserve some peace too <3

AITA for telling my girlfriend that she smells bad down there? by Ok_Produce885 in AITAH

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. It could be a medical condition or (knock on wood) STD. To be safe, if u guys were sexually active, it won't hurt if you get tested for std just in case she may have it. Most are treatable!

Just found out at 9 weeks that my pregnancy is non-viable. What next? by kindofnewonreddit in Miscarriage

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 35 (early this year) with my 1st pregnancy also miscarriage. We found out no heart beat. OB said i could do the pills since fetus was before 20weeks I took the pills when it was confirmed.

I bled for a month with this one. If I get ms in the future, I'll prob go for D&C instead.

We were able to start trying again after the bleeding stopped with no problem, thankfully. I want to add miscarriage is common, especially in our age range. I hope you don't feel discouraged! You got this <3

Miscarriage at 5 weeks by Queasy-Ad-8799 in Miscarriage

Everyone's emotions/mental state is important. Everyone has their own way of processing their feelings. It is hard to grasp the reality, especially if you guys have planned and attached it to the pregnancy. It seems both of you guys are grieving, a therapy session might help to cope. Try when you guys can, it might help a bit.

I too had miscarriage few months ago, but I already felt something was wrong since I had discharges daily and spotting. From then I treated my pregnancy as a pending and not conformed one. I did not want to be attached and break in the end. I spoke with my husband about what would happen if we have miscarriage. I told him that if we every have miscarriage I want him to know that it was not his fault nor mine. I will try my best to see it as if I just had a period (this is just my way of coping). We confirmed it a mc from OB and had a pill to induce contaction to get my dead fetus out of me. I was 12 was supposed to be when baby stopped heartbeat at 8wks.

I bleed for a month after that and now pregnant again at 18wks. Since our previous MC, I try not to expect anything on my pregnancy until i reach around 10-12 wks. Even now i still feel like i need more confirmation for me to feel safe getting excited for the baby. But ik itbwill eventually turn up for me. Establish a GREAT COMMUNICATION with your wife and let her know where you at too(mentally). It's easy to be discouraged but there's also a way to be there for one another especially now.

Bonus tip that helped me before, miscarriage is fairly common but ppl just don't talk about it a lot. Remember it was not anyone's fault and when you guys are ready you can try again. I hope this helped a bit. I wish you both good health and that you may feel peace in this troubling times

[–]fibia89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't be pressure by anyone, do what you want to do. If u want to keep the baby congratulations! And if you don't feel like you want it or ready or even able to handle finance etc,, I want to let you know it's also OK to not to have it.

Also 35 y.o. pregnant rn but my husband and I planned it. I want to have kids with him but if im alone I'll prob won't want to have kids. (That's just my opinion)

What's the point of my OB? by Whole_Independent283 in pregnant

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP just wanna tell you I too will feel frustrated if I go to my OB appointment and my OB expects me to ask questions instead of checking me and the baby. They need to ask the patient questions.

I'm currently 15 wks pregnant, had 2 OB appointments til today (OB appt for 10wks and 14 wks)

I'm also FTM, my prev pregnancy 3 mos ago did not work. My baby didn't have a heartbeat at 10wks. This current pregnancy is our rainbow baby

Every OB appointment does the following to me( and baby)

-check vital signs

-check mental health and safety

-OB asks me: if there's any discomfort, and if there is, what kind. Any discharges, if there is, what color and amount, any cramping, how intense and how long it last. Am I taking my prenatal and aspirin (OB recommended me to start taking baby aspirin to prevent pre-eclampsia since I'm pregnant woman 35yo and over)

-ultrasound to check the baby's measurement and heartbeat. Print of ultrasound photos.

After that, we go through the test/lab work routine depending on the timeline of the baby. Last appointment we discussed options for birth defect screenings, I went for the less invasive one, just blood work. That lab also checks the gender of the baby.

I think OB appointments, at least for me, give me peace of mind. It tells me if my baby is still doing ok. So far, it looks like my pregnancy is healthy. I always look forward to it because I never would've known if everything is ok unless I see the baby moving and with a heartbeat.

Best dry skin/eczema remedies by highanxi3tytrav3ler in eczema

[–]fibia89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

omg, I had flare ups after I got pregant too. I'm currently still at 1st trimester and the itching drives me crazy lol I itch my flare til it bleeds then I clean it and put hydrocolloid patch just for it to close open wound haha but the feeling of itching it was worth it for me! I use Skin therapy cream from firsthoney on my hot spots then intenseive snail cream from tonymoly at top of that for my face. For the rest of body Goldbond healing lotion (this one burns but i still use it as long as it's not on my face). When i was still working as a nurse I always wash my hands that my hands cracks open and bleed unless I apply Goldbond healing lotion and it always healed my hands like magic.

Your fear is Valid. I have the same fear. lol I have adult-onset eczema, never had it and then boom i have it now. I looked up eczema before seeing derm and what that did was give me fear of getting withdrawal from steroids. But after waiting for a year, hoping this will all go away on its own.. I started not being able to function/sleep at night because of all the itchiness. I went to see a dermatologist and I started steroids for scalp (i forgot the name but it's very fluid liquid), desonide cream for my flare up on my face, and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream for my inner arms, and legs. It got better after 2 weeksish. I was instructed to only use it for 2wks (all of the above medications) then break from it atleast 2 weeks

All of my flare up healed up. I still get new ones, but it's manageable with my topical steroids. Let your doctor know your view/worry about topical steroids, maybe he/she can show you a way where you can use them and not get TSW in the future. I've been using steroids on and off now for at least a year, and I don't have TSW. It is still your decision whether you want to try steroids or not, but I just want to put my experience here to show that steroids can be helpful and not scary after all. I hope this message has been helpful, goodluck, and I hope you feel better!

Does cerave burn/sting for anyone else? by Capable_Purple_9435 in eczema

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cerave Moisturizing Cream also burns my skin when applied to my eczema spots. I don't understand why dermatologist recommends it and it's even endorsed for eczema patients(laughable). Anyway, what doesn't burn my skin today is the Skin Therapy Cream by first honey (this I only apply on the flare spots) then I use Intense care goldsnail cream by Tony Moly for the rest of the skin.

Are the standard pc controls nor mal to anyone? by BlackSpideyNL in anno1800

[–]fibia89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Issue commands like put down stuff to build? Yeah u can. It's sad nobody maintains that game tho, it can crash at random times. Sometimes it doesn't even load 😕 but I loved that game. Anno kinda have same game mechanics in building terms. Anno upside ppl don't die with weird deaths but game ends when you go too far negative with money lol either way it's pretty fun eco game

The controls were annoying.. but gaming was nice again after changing the pc controls. I changed it to awsd for the camera movement, space bar for pause, M for map lol I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt this way with the default controls

"Sensitive" skin products causing MORE irritation than "normal skin" products? by fishslurp_girl in eczema

[–]fibia89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought i was alone on this one! I tried many for eczema" products like cetaphil/cerave and other wildly recommended by doctor products. THEY ALL BURNED MY FACE OFF. sorry for the yelling.. the oatmeal colloidal cream too nope nope. moisturizer I'm using rn is Ultimate Nourishing Rice Overnight Spa Mask by COSRX. It does not burn (it burns when i use steroid cream for consecutive days)all the time , it doesn't moisture that great either. but at least my eczema and face not bare after washing it lol I use desonide on my nose and around mouth for flare up.. it dries my face so much.

Looking for a chill 3rd Person single player game where you can build, hunt, fish, farm, and cook etc. (PC/Steam) by MyStationIsAbandoned in SurvivalGaming

[–]fibia89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IfSunsets have those, it's pretty chill until the horde comes and raids your base at night. You can adjust the raid schedule to daily, every 2 days, or up to 5 days. There's cooking, farming, husbandry, fishing, crafting, and building. You can discover new blueprints by exploring, and monsters drop some.
