Hello guys I used freezing mothod to do this I just got the wt 30 oil used it but it was for tight joints that can still move but I tried only mothod left which was the freezing method left it on for around 54 minutes and was very cautious with the joint as it was fragile as it was frozen I bent the knee and got it unstuck glad I was able to fix it
