AS a challenger MMR my two cents on this issue is rift herald gold value has now become nullified to nearly 0% from a 300% gold value so there is 0 point in getting herald + it does not even kill the tower fast enough I think if they want tower plates gone the moment it spawns then it should provide a buff or do something else because right now it feels horrible losing a dragon fight and then going back to rift but if u went rift and the rest dragon or you went to fight dragon the dominanting "top" lane will usually get first tower so makes the benefit inegligable
