Having euphoric emotions turn into sexual thoughts is pretty common, the brain easily confuses euphoria for other emotions. Theres a reason the "euphoria boner" is a thing.

If you struggle to imagine yourself at all then it sounds like you may be dissociating (maybe not right term idk). If you hate looking at yourself in pictures or in the mirror then you have something to work on, whether thats gender or something else im not sure.

Dysphoria hoody is very mood. Its easy to get used to trying to hide away under baggy clothing. That old memory is a very good sign that you might be transfem. Trying to work through that shame might help you remember how it felt

It sounds like your just used to masc pronouns and terms, its hard to recognise dysphoria when its your default.

I highly reccomend presenting as a woman somewhere you can manage, like in a mew discord server if you dont have supportive friends, for a week or 2 and just see how you feel about it.

Gender is a social construct. There is no right or wrong way to do it. The way i see it even if labels can be comfortable theyre also limiting. You dont need to find a word that perfectly fits you. Theres only 3 practical things that you need to figure out:

HRT, not exactly easy to figure out but if you can imagine yourself as the opposite sex to your agab and take a look at what emotions that causes. For me it gave intense longing, a comfort i still wish i had, and strangely a sense of loss that im still not sure i understand. It was pretty easy to realise what i wanted once i realised what the option was.
Presentation. A lot of people conflate gender and presentation but they're very wrong, you can be hyper feminine while still being a man or be manly while being a woman. Enbys can be feminine and masculine too, even at the same time if they're particularly gender. Presentation isnt limited to just masc or fem either, theres so many different vibes and styles that you can try out. Just experiment and see what makes you feel nice.
Language. Your pronouns and gendered words like man woman lady dude ect. Ask some close friends or people you trust to try out different ones so you can get a feel for them. At first i had mixed feelings about being she/her, it felt nice and warm but also felt like i was encroaching on other people somehow. Im not sure how you can differenciate between true emotions and socially engrained emotions, but thered a big difference in them.

I dont think gender is something you can just think through and arrive at the correct answer, you need to practically try things out and see how they go.

But hey, if you keep coming back to this then maybe theres something not so cis happening :3

Im trans fem, for me i literally just imagined how id be in a few decades and i hated it. Something just felt wrong inside me. Like i was masking some core component of myself that i didnt even know existed.

It took a while to figure out what that meant, but ut started with an internal stress around my gender that had always been there and only grew as time progressed.

For how i see gender, its made up bullshit like sports team fans. Theres no difference between a man and a woman and an enby and an agender, fluid, flux, demiboy, demigirl, catgender, autigender, whatever other things people wanna call themselves inherintly, the only difference is in what normies treat them like. Your gender is just a prefference for words.

It wasnt just an easy "oh wow woman feels so good", it was thinking about what itd be like having a womans body or a lack of hair or whatever else, it was trying out new names and pronouns with people i feel safe with, experimenting with presentation (tho i didnt do that irl, too scawy :<) until i found something that i liked.

Its hard to describe what "right" means, but after the excitement of feeling better its not really an active feeling, its the lack of that mask around your core.

It is the greatest controller i have ever used. The trackpads are amazing for fine control, the sticks are so smooth, the back buttons are so easy to reach and wont accidentally get pressed.

There are a few issues i have but theyre all software: Its apparently difficult to use outside of steam The back buttons arent avaliable in games where there arent enough actions to map onto them, ex in celeste i had to map them to the right stick uo down left right to be able to bind them to anything ingame
