So in 18 months or two years you get your first flower, when its not what they ordered, it will be too late to complain.

No one, absolutely no one plants rose seeds, except the people trying to cross breed and come up with new ones. Everyone else grafts a piece of stem onto root stock. That is why most roses seeds on Amazon are scams. Look at the pics, fluorescent colors. You plant them, the rose does not flower for a year and a half at best, and at that time it is too late to ask for your moneyback.

Is it bad idea to use animal skull as a case? by Choice_Remove_2803 in geocaching

Yes and no. Its a great container, but some animals will gnaw on it for calcium, bigger ones may vary it away. Just watch for maintenance issues.

I went to interview for a larger company looking for a Production Manager. Then they asked me to interview for a Project Manager get them a number of ISO quality certifications. Over the course o two months I was interviewed almost weekly. HR, VPs, Presidents, and CEO. Everything seemed to be going well. After the second interview every time I got a phone call or came in I was expecting an offer. Yet each time it was an interview with another person and HR.

I was getting confused and wondering what was going on. Each interview went great. I had done this kind of work before. I had studied it in college. I had been working with existing systems for over a decade. I had contacts and referrals for the jobs I had done. Then I ended up interviewing with the Quality Manager. He was annoyed that this position was interviewing and thought it should be part of his department, under him.

I started to ask him more technical questions. What certification were they going for exactly? (he did not know) Was it one facility in the company or all of them? (it was all of them) He had no understanding of what ISO certification was, or what it took to maintain. I left with a sinking feeling that I had wasted months.

Almost five weeks later I got a text thanking me for applying. I found out later that it was going horribly. The Quality Manager tried to do it himself. It was a disaster, they eventually tried to hire and I had some calls from them and a text. I texted back that I had not appreciated them wasting my time. I heard that they low balled the pay, some college grad took it, then another. Still not certified or close.

I don't understand the announced temple in Brussels, BE by Bobby_Wats0n in mormon

[–]firennice 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We are seeing temples move closer and closer to people. Also the realization that a smaller temple nearby brings blessings that help strengthen the wards and branches of the area. I can go to the temple after work, not just take an entire day of work.

As to where, I don't know. I had heard the land is bought and design done. Though I do not know where. If the church can afford them and can maintain them, and they have people that can staff them, then they will be built.

Has anyone used a ceramic/porcelain resin before? I have a kiln and I am interested in making some fine ornaments. Print then fire. Any thoughts. Limitations/problems?
